Exceptional support from start to finish The pre-assessment process is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly, making it an ideal start to the journey. Every follow up call is not only full of valuable information but conducted in such a friendly and supportive way, ensuring a stress free experience. Communication is smooth, and arranging assessments is hassle free, with every question answered patiently. Even during the assessment, which can be challenging at times, the team remains non judgmental and highly supportive. The post assessment stage stands out with ample time to discuss the report and ask questions in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Exploring further steps, including medication, is done at your own pace with clarity and care. Highly recommend this service!

ADHD assessment and diagnosis I had a really great experience with mindpath. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and accommodating. I struggle with time management due to ADHD and I found the reminder very helpful. The process was very easy and I never felt like I had to jump through hoops in order to book, confirm, attend my appointments or figure out the next steps. The wait times very also very short so there was no need to wait months on end to be seen as is common with this type of service. If you are considering getting your diagnosis or just learning about your own mental state I would highly recommend Mindpath. It is expensive but no more so than anyone else who offers this service. Unfortunately there is always a price to getting top quality qualified physicians and phycotherapists and in my opinion it is completely worth it to improve quality of life in the longrun

So far so good My experience so far with Mindpath has been a positive one. I was hesitant initially to do an assessment online but my report from Bruna Santos was very informative and detailed. She made me feel at ease during the assessment and answered any questions that I had about the report. Fiona, the receptionist, was also very helpful with guiding me with the steps I should take. She also gave me an appointment as soon as something was made available which was the following week. I am currently waiting to be seen by the psychiatrist but so far I would recommend 👍

Thank you!!! I'm still in disbelief. After two initial consultations with other providers suggested I needed a full ADHD assessment, I tried MindPath's app which quickly showed a low likelihood of ADHD symptoms. Their customer service confirmed I was in the clear, saving me both time and money. What a relief, and what an exceptional company!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mindpath and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, the whole team made me feel supported, listened to and comfortable throughout the process of getting my ADHD diagnosis. The reception team have been absolutely lovely and so helpful whenever I have had questions or needed support, and the clinical team have also been amazing throughout everything. I really appreciated how kind, patient and understanding everyone was, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Getting a diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but Mindpath made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. They explained everything clearly, supported me through each stage and made me feel like I was genuinely being listened to. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Mindpath for the care and support they have given me. The whole team have been wonderful, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive and professional service.

I don't think you could ask for a more straightforward service than the MindPath assessment from start to finish. I walked away from each session without any questions. Every part of the process was explained perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking their ADHD or Autism diagnosis as every part is stress free.

4-stars pending completion of full process. I was sceptical of an online-based ADHD diagnosis, test & treatment service going into it. During the whole process though, the team has been delightful to deal with. Clear, organised and professional. I have been very happy with this so far and feel that i've gotten good & accurate care. I will be returning to update this review at the conclusion of the main steps of my treatment as im only just finished the full diagnosis process at this time. So far, this experience has been excellent.

Frequently asked questions

What is MindPath?

MindPath is an online mental health service based in Ireland. We specialise in Adult ADHD care: from online Pre-Assessment and diagnosis to therapy, psychiatry, and aftercare. Everything is done online, privately, and at your own pace.

Our clinicians are fully qualified psychologists registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and other relevant professional bodies. All are experienced in adult ADHD assessment and hold the necessary training and credentials to deliver formal diagnoses.

No, MindPath’s pre-screening tool is not a diagnostic test. It is designed to help you identify potential ADHD symptoms and determine if a comprehensive assessment with a MindPath clinician is recommended. A formal diagnosis can only be made by an accredited clinician after the assessment.

No. You can begin your MindPath journey directly by signing up online; no GP referral is required. However, if you already have a referral letter or relevant documentation from your GP, you are welcome to share it with our team.

You can reach our team via the contact form on our website or by emailing us directly. Our admin team is available Monday to Friday and aims to respond to all queries within one business day.

Yes, in addition to our adult services, MindPath also offers assessments for children and adolescents aged 6–17.

How does the Pre-Assessment work?

The Pre-Assessment is a comprehensive online questionnaire that you complete at your own pace. It covers your history, current symptoms, and areas of daily functioning that may be affected by ADHD. Once completed, our clinical team reviews your responses and provides a follow-up call to discuss the findings and recommend next steps.

The Pre-Assessment is a screening step that evaluates whether the full assessment is the right next step for you. The Full Assessment is a comprehensive and in-depth process conducted with a qualified clinician that leads to a formal diagnostic conclusion.

If your Pre-Assessment indicates a likelihood of ADHD, our team will recommend proceeding to a Full Assessment. A clinician will contact you to discuss the findings and guide you through the next steps.

The Full Assessment involves a structured one-on-one clinical interview with a qualified psychologist. It draws on multiple sources of information, including your Pre-Assessment data, validated psychometric tools, and a detailed personal history, to reach a comprehensive and accurate diagnostic conclusion.

The Full Assessment session typically lasts up to 90 minutes. The exact duration may vary depending on the complexity of your individual profile.

What if the Full Assessment concludes that I don't have ADHD?

A conclusion of no ADHD diagnosis is still valuable. Your comprehensive report will explain the clinical reasoning behind the outcome, highlight your unique cognitive profile, and may point to other areas worth exploring with your GP or another specialist.

Yes. Our reports are written to be clear and accessible, avoiding unnecessary jargon. A follow-up session with your clinician can also be arranged to walk you through the findings and answer any questions.

Yes. Our reports are written to be clear and accessible, avoiding unnecessary jargon. A follow-up session with your clinician can also be arranged to walk you through the findings and answer any questions.

Yes. Your Diagnostic Report is a formal clinical document that can be shared with your GP, psychiatrist, employer, or any other relevant party to support access to medication, accommodations, or further care.

The report is a standard part of our full assessment process. It is your formal record of the diagnostic process and its conclusion, and is typically required by third parties such as GPs or employers when seeking support or reasonable adjustments.
