Where Laya Helps

The MindPath Services Laya Everyday Cover May Reach

"Everyday medical expenses" is Laya's broad, receipt-based benefit, and it's a natural fit for ADHD and Autism care. Depending on your scheme, it can stretch across psychiatry, psychology and therapy at MindPath.

Full ADHD Assessment

Assessment and support from PSI-registered, UKAAN-trained psychologists, claimable under your psychology benefit. The amount and number of visits depend on your scheme.

Full Autism Assessment

A gold-standard ADOS-2 assessment led by PSI-registered psychologists, claimable under the same everyday-expenses psychology benefit.

Full AuDHD Assessment

A combined ADHD and Autism assessment for people who show traits of both, led by PSI-registered psychologists, giving you one clear diagnosis and one joined-up support plan.

Psychiatry & Medication

Assessment, medication management and follow-up reviews with IMC-registered consultant psychiatrists. Pay MindPath first, then claim it back through the app under everyday expenses.

Therapy Sessions

ADHD and Autism-focused therapy with IACP / ICP-registered therapists, reimbursed up to the limits shown in your Benefit Table.

Skip the GP Queue

Laya's everyday-expenses claims are all about the receipt, not a referral letter. Book MindPath directly and claim once you've paid.

A Full Year to Claim

Laya gives you up to 12 months from the end of your policy year to submit. Plenty of breathing room, though claiming as you go keeps it simple.

One thing to check first. Benefits are paid only up to the limits in your own Benefit Table, and those differ by scheme. It's worth a quick look in your Member Area before you book.

Registration is the key. Laya reimburses care from practitioners registered with the relevant body, and every MindPath receipt spells those details out, so your claim goes through cleanly.
Good to Know

Laya & MindPath: Your Questions

That's set by your Benefit Table. Laya reimburses up to the limits it lists, and those vary by scheme. Sign in to your Member Area to see your psychiatry and psychology amounts and visit limits, then you'll know exactly what to expect.
Yes. Laya's app is built for regular receipt submissions under everyday expenses, and that includes online psychiatry and psychology. What matters is that your clinician is registered and the receipt is complete - both of which MindPath handles for you.
For standard psychiatry, psychology and therapy claims, no. Laya's process centres on submitting your receipt in the app. Your Benefit Table will flag any special conditions specific to your plan.
Receipt detail. Laya specifically wants the date, the patient's name, a cost breakdown and, where required, headed or stamped paper. MindPath receipts are built to include all of it, so this is one thing you won't have to worry about.
Yes. Submit each receipt as you go, or batch a few together - you have up to 12 months. MindPath gives you a receipt for every consultation, review and therapy session, so nothing is left uncovered.
